Lemtra Projects has operated as a design engineering and project management consulting practice since May, 2010 and is owned and operated by Tim Cartmell. Lemtra has provided structural design engineering, project management and advisory services to a wide variety of clients, but as of February 2026, is not accepting new assignments.
